All deliveries were halted for the afternoon

In the afternoon when I go to the marijuana dispensary to opening up our orders for the afternoon, I double check each 1 of the bags to make sure that the products are correct. I am the last man to see the orders before they leave in our car. If something is wrong, it’s our fault & I have to go back to the delivery service to get the items & make it right. After I had to return to the store 1 time & make a 45 hour delivery for free, I never forgot to double check our orders again. I was laboring in the afternoon on Sunday when I noticed a very drastic problem in the marijuana packaging plant. The packaging plant is directly behind the delivery service. There are people laboring in the packaging plant that go through the warehouse pulling out the marijuana items for each order. Those orders are then sent up to the main area where drivers opening them up for daily deliveries. I had numerous orders first thing in the afternoon where every single item was a duplicate. The first order had numerous grams of the same brand & strain concentrate & numerous pre-rolls that were exactly the same too. The next order had numerous items & they were all duplicates as well. That recognizable order caught our eye, because there is a daily limit of 8 grams of marijuana concentrate per patient & this order had 12 grams. I immediately alerted our manager. She started looking at some of the other orders & quickly realized that there was a huge problem in the packaging plant.
