Tuesday morning is the usual time for the delivery truck to bring all of the marijuana products from the local manufacturers! Everything is kept stored in 1 large place downtown and a delivery truck brings items to each of the area marijuana dispensaries! When the delivery truck showed up late on Tuesday, I was quite surprised that the two of us did not have anything at all from 1 certain manufacturer.
This certain manufacturer always gets us the best pre rolls, flower, and cannabis concentrate.
I did not have free time to speak with the delivery driver while he was there, although I called the manufacturer hotline as soon as I looked at the order and realized that the items were missing. It took a long time to get someone on the hotline. When I finally did reach purchaser service, they did not have an answer for me. This lady tried to tell me that our items were still on the truck. I thought that was a good thing, because they could circle back and bring everything that the dispensary ordered. When I wanted to get the purchaser service team to give me a time for later that morning, this lady said that she could not bring the items until the following morning. The next morning came and went and the delivery truck did not come back to my marijuana dispensary. I called the supplier again on Tuesday and this time I found out that the local manufacturer no longer works with that certain supplier anymore. If I want to buy products from that marijuana supplier, I will need to find a different delivery supplier.
