I am a bad sleeperâ€¦ I have trouble falling asleep and after that we can’t stay asleep. I wake up every numerous minutes and need to use the bathroom. I wander around the new home and I am wide awake. It is horrible! Somedays I assume like Edward Norton in Fight Club. I am wide eyed and unquestionably unhappy. I started researching how to sleep better at night. I have started working out, meditating and eliminating yellow light before bed. I have eaten kiwi, changed my sheets, ordered a sound machine, all that sort of stuff, but nothing has helped me, however a lot of people rely on cannabis for sleeping problems. Apparently you need the right blend of THC and CBD in order to sleep at nightâ€¦ You don’t need to smoke a joint either, there are CBD oils that you can put a few drops in a nightly tea and be fine. I started with CBD oil at night and haven’t observed a difference. I was unquestionably discouraged. Thankfully I went back to the cannabis dispensary and talked to the budtender about it. The woman was highly recommended to switch from a CBD product to a cannabis product. She said I needed more THC in my idea in order to sleep. I said I didn’t care if I was so high I could barely move, I just wanted to sleep. I now have a new oil that I put in my tea that is much more potent. I haven’t tried it unquestionably long but this a single is honestly stronger.
